Really nice item rich. What may I ask is wrong with the card that mad it score a 70? It looks good from the front and I don't see any major tears or anything. For a 70 it sure displays great in my opinion.
I should also add, I am not a graded collector so hav no real basis of what a normal 70 would look like, but this looks really good to me from the front anyway.

The only issue I can find is the bottom left corner has a crease. Real Ghostbusters have super big card backs so they can be on the tough side to find in nice shape (especially Slimer and Stay Puft).
