Great display piece Aaron!

I agree with Bryan PotF are out there and attainable, but will definitely be on the higher priced side. Once down the rabbit hole and you decide to complete the line Carded Yak Face will be the expensive purchase.

Oh yeah, and I'd be going in assuming I'd want to add POTF Yak Face and Anakin, but probably in lower grades. Those are two figures I've wanted for a long-time anyway.

And it's the rabbit hole I'm a bit worried about. emoticon If I complete ROJ and POTF, would I then want ESB and then 20/21 backs and then 12-backs...

RoJ leads to PotF, PotF leads to ESB, ESB leads to SW. You know the Awesome Power of the Darkside! emoticon
Truthfully, Yak on a Trilogo will be cheaper and easier to track down, but I know the completist mentality all to well.

Ken, I dint even think of the Yak Face. That one may not be attainable, but he wasn't available on American potf card anyway right? The yak face potf is a Canadian card as far as I know.

I've never seen one on an American card, only potf with French writing (maybe Canadian), and Trilogo. The story I've always heard was he was only released overseas because of struggling US sales. That said I've also heard stories of people supposedly finding them at clearance here in the states.

Aaron here is a good start to your PotF collection. It's already graded at an 85 for you....

And it's 10% off!! What a deal!

BTW, I had a chance to buy a 75 for $5,500 earlier this year, but the deal fell through (after I paid). Looking at how much a couple lesser graded ones just went for, I think I missed out on a bargain. emoticon

LOL, yes got my money back. My wife would have probably kicked me out if I hadn't!

Yeah, sucked that it did not work out. A POTF Anakin and a POTF Yak (bi-lingual card) are two of my grails. That one on E-Bay is amazing and I would think it would sell for $10k to $12k (maybe even as much as $15k in today's crazy Star Wars market), but $25k is nuts.

My wife is constantly reminding me about mortgage payments and our kids' tuition payments when I start thinking about spending crazy money on childhood toys. emoticon

First new addition in a while as I travel further down the Star Wars rabbit hole. This is my favorite Han Solo figure from the line and I'd wanted one in this kind of shape on a 41-back for a long time. Would love to find Luke Bespin, Leia Bespin and Leia Hoth in similar shape.
