Forum Feedback

I look forward to hearing feedback about the new "Hall of Justice" Super Powers forums. I can easily add more specific sections, but I figured I'd start with a select few and then see what's needed once the membership increases and discussions start going. Definitely drop me an email if there is a specific section anyone would like to see and I will consider creating it.

Thanks for the heads up, Captain Ray, but you are correct that I do already own an example of Robin on a 3rd series card. The characters I still have no representation of in either carded sample or production quality carded form for include:

- Firestorm (was released)
- Red Tornado (a single carded sample exists that I missed years back)
- Hawkman (likely not released)
- Penguin (likely not released)

I also still need a production quality Superman to match my carded sample.

I'm on the lookout for these as well, Mike. Right now I have Desaad, Robin, and Darkseid, and am debating on a C4/5 Wonder Woman. If I snag one I'll definitely take pics for the archive here.

Peace,

Chip

Chip,

Wonder Woman is a fairly abundant early character on a 3rd series card, so my recommendation would be to hold out for a higher grade [sign in to see URL] is too low to accept for this piece, IMHO.

Well, I don't think it's that bad. They were grading it based on the waviness of the card, which once it was in a case wasn't as noticeable to me. Plus he went down to $25 on the price, which was fine in my book. Better than the $102 one that just sold. Too high for that common of a piece, so I ducked out of the auction.

Peace,

Chip

Well, for $25 you certainly couldn't go wrong considering a nice loose example could fetch that much. When you mentioned C4/C5 I was thinking the card looked bad, but it sounds much nicer if waviness was the reason for the low grade. Congrats on a good score!
