The Castle Grayskull and Snake Mountain playsets are awesome and both look like they're in excellent condition! I've come close to buying a boxed vintage Castle Grayskull several times, mostly because the box art for the vintage line is so cool. IMO, the characters and vehicles/playsets on the old box art look way cooler than the animation from the Filmation series. Very nice additions!

Thanks guys!

I totally agree, Johnny! The old school 80s MOTU art was so awesome! Takes me right back to the 80s!

In other news, I finally got a shelf talker (not a super powers one tho, still after one of those!). It's the first shelf talker I've ever owned. It's pretty brittle plastic and I was wondering if Kenner's shelf talkers were also thin/brittle plastic?

Hi Rich,

Yep! All Kenner plastic ones from many different lines are fairly thin and brittle as well. Congrats on scoring the MOTU one!

Thanks a lot for the input Mike. I'm amazed after getting it in hand that it's intact after all these years!

Great stuff Rich! Wow, your MOTU scores are something else! Congrats! I absolutely love the art from the MOTU line. Nothing compares to the art from the 80's toy lines.

Thanks Reid! MOTU is the line that started it all for me and my love of action figures!
